AFFORDABLE BANKRUTPCY ATTORNEY
BANKRUPTCY is governed by the US Federal Bankruptcy Courts and is a legal remedy for individuals and business to either liquidate and/or restructure debts under one of several chapters of the Federal Bankruptcy Codes. Not all attorneys are able to perform a bankruptcy, only those attorneys who have met and satisfied the US Federal Bankruptcy Court requirement within a given district.
CHAPTER 7 deals with the liquidation of the debtors’ assets and the discharge of unsecured debts with the ability to keep homestead and vehicle following consultation and the completion of a means test given to you by one of our referral attorneys.
CHAPTER 13 deals with individuals with regular income able to develop a payment schedule to repay all and/or portions of their debts to the court appointed trustees. Usually the payments are made over a period of three to five years.
